1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging

• The product isn't used or damaged

• The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

 

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

 

3. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at sales@dentplanet.be for further instructions.

 

4. Sale Items

Yes, items on sale can be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
